This lovely rural house is situated in the small village of Cantallops d'Avinyonet, approximately 8km from the market town of Vilafranca del Penedes. Built before the 18th century and situated in front of the main village square, Ca La Siona has been lovingly restored to retain many original features. It offers ideal holiday accommodation for a family seeking a relaxing village holiday, enjoying nature and a wide range of cultural or sporting activities. The local village has a bakery and the nearest supermarket is 5km away. The centrally heated property has two floors. Downstairs there is a hall, kitchen, shower room and living room with a fireplace, CD player and satellite TV. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with twin beds) and a second bathroom. Outside there is a furnished patio with barbecue, private swimming pool and outside utility room with washing machine. The pool is separated from the patio by fencing with a lockable gate for child safety.

Living room with a fireplace, CD player and satellite TV. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds with a built-in bunk style bed with a half fold-down side (suitable for a child 4-12 years). Second shower room. Outside there is a furnished patio with barbecue, private swimming pool and outside utility room with washing machine. The pool is separated from the patio by fencing with a lockable gate for child safety.

Location

The market town of Villafranca del Penedes is located at the centre of Cataluna's wine production and has an interesting museum dedicated to its making.
