This spacious third floor apartment offers comfortable accommodation overlooking the estuary with views up the River Deva. It is in an ideal location from which to enjoy lovely beaches nearby or visit the Picos de Europa (approximately 30 minutes by car), via Panes, the spectacular Hermida gorge, via Arenas and Sotres. Whilst there are a few shops in Bustio (and an excellent restaurant in the village square opposite the apartment), Unquera is only a short walk across the bridge where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants, shops and banks etc. Casa Angelita's owner is conveniently on hand should you need her assistance at any time as she lives on the first floor. Access to the apartment is via several flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties. There is central heating which makes this suitable for holidays all year round.

Location

Bustio is a small, usually quiet village situated beside the River Deva just before it reaches the sea. This river divides Asturias from Cantabria and on the other side of the river, immediately opposite Bustio, is the town of Unquera. There are no sea views from either town since the river widens from here to form an open flat estuary before going through a gap in the hills, which are beside this lovely rugged coastline.
