Casa Hoya del Lagar (LRS-1050)

This country house is located 700 metres above sea level, about 3km inland from the village of Las Rosas and is surrounded by fruit trees. Until 1980 the house was a working farm. It has been tastefully restored in a Canarian style to provide traditional comfortable accommodation in a beautiful rural setting. From the terraces there are stunning views across the valley to the hills opposite and forests. This is a perfect house for walkers and lovers of the countryside. We regret children are not allowed in this property.
Minimum stay 5 nights.

Layout

All on one level. The house has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, large living/dining room with open fireplace, kitchen with 4-ring hob and fridge. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Heaters can be provided on request for cooler winter evenings. Outside: Spacious terraces with furniture and a barbecue area with rustic oven, table and benches.

Location

This small village on the north coast of the island is situated halfway between Hermigua and Vallehermoso. The village sits above a rugged coastline and spreads inland through a beautiful valley which is superb for walking. The nearby larger village of Vallehermoso is the main wine producing area in La Gomera and has a few shops selling local produce.
