This pretty rural house nestles between the villages of San Pedro and San Antonio, near to the 'Cuatro Caminos' crossroads, affording spectacular views of the bay, mountains and the town of Santa Cruz De La Palma ( which can be reached within fifteen minutes' drive). It is conveniently located within easy reach of all facilities of nearby towns and villages, including restaurants and shops.
Casa Villa Cruz has been lovingly restored to retain many original architectural features and has been sympathetically converted into two apartments which may be rented together or separately.
Car hire is firmly recommended to enjoy these apartments as they are in an excellent location from which to explore La Palma.

Layout
The one bedroom apartment is all on one level, on the first floor. It is accessed via stairs from the ground floor or directly from the road. The kitchen/living area looks out on to a large terrace with a table, four chairs and two sun-loungers. The kitchen has a gas hob, small fridge-freezer, dining table and chairs. In the living area there is also a sofa bed, coffee table and TV with Spanish channels only. The bathroom includes WC and shower, whilst the bedroom contains two single beds, fitted wardrobe and a bedside table. Outside: Terrace. This can be entered from road level or by outdoor steps from the terrace of the lower house.

Location
Brena Alta affords panoramic views of the neighbouring Canary Island of La Gomera to the southeast and the area features a 100 year old dracaena tree in the locality of San Isidro. The municipality was famous for its tobacco production, and its main industry today is still agriculture. The coastline and valley areas comprise mostly of farmland, while the lush mountainous areas are forested or grassy.
