Cotillo Sunset Studios, Studio Apartment Ground Floor with pool view (ECO-1442)

The ultimate beach lover's paradise where you simply cannot get any closer to the sand! Constructed in 2002, this splendid family complex occupies a prime location adjacent to El Cotillo's golden sandy beach, in an area where you can enjoy idyllic natural surroundings of untouched beauty. The Cotillo Sunset studios are set amid very well maintained gardens surrounded by attractive plants and flowers. There are plenty of sunbathing areas around the swimming pool and sunbeds are provided.
Each of the 34 studios are located on either the ground floor or first floor and all face south or south west. All studios have a balcony or terrace with patio furniture and views of the sea or swimming pool. Inside, the studios have been designed to accommodate up to three adults or two adults with two children, sleeping in two beds and a sofa-bed. Every apartment is nicely furnished and has a marble bathroom, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and microwave. The Cotillo Sunset Studios have a reception area, two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi Spa and a spacious area equipped with deckchairs - ideal for soaking up the Fuerteventura sunshine. The shared swimming pool is approximately 12m x 6m and there is an additional circular children's paddling pool and heated outdoor Jacuzzi spa - the perfect place for a refreshing dip after a long day lazing on the golden sandy beach. For beach lovers there is a conveniently located rinse-off shower by the entrance from the beach to wash away the sand from between your toes.
From the Cotillo Sunset terrace you can enjoy a superb view of the pure and intense blue Atlantic ocean or simply explore the calm waters of nearby lagoons which will delight both adults and children alike. Highly recommended for a totally relaxing beach holiday.
Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age. Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Layout

Each studio has two twin beds and a sofa bed (suitable to accommodate one adult or two children), American style kitchen with 2-ring electric hob, small fridge freezer, microwave, toaster. TV, bathroom with full bath and overhead shower. Outside: Terrace with patio table, chairs and pool view. Shared swimming pool, children's paddling pool, Jaccuzi Spa and reception.

Location

The old fishing village of El Cotillo, situated on the north west coast of the island of Fuerteventura, consists of a quaint old harbour, a few shops, bars and seafood restaurants. There is very little established tourist development here and most of the roads are dusty tracks. The main attraction of El Cotillo are its superb beaches. A short stroll south of the village will bring you to superb sandy, virtually deserted beaches backed by cliffs. The still waters of the lagoons are warm and tranquil and attract hundreds of little fish. These are an added attraction and this area is ideal for snorkelling. In addition to relaxing and sunbathing on the quiet sandy beaches, El Cotillo offers an array of outdoor activities including surfing, windsurfing, fly surfing and diving. Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to the Nature Park at nearby Corralejo; a boat trip out to the isle of Lobos; the Natural Monuments of the Montana de Tindaya and exploring the Malpais de la Arena or the Protected Landscape of Vallebron - a beautiful site during the day and even more breathtaking at sunset. Close to the El Cotillo Sunset Studios you will discover some wondeful restaurants where you can sample the best fresh fish, delecious meat and other Canarian specialities - not to mention a good choice of international cuisine.
