A selection of two and three bedroom villas with pools, occupying a splendid location in the popular residential area of Cumbre del Sol. Midway between Moraira and Javea, this is an excellent base from which to explore the Costa Blanca's breathtaking coastline, visit golden sandy beaches or simply unwind by the swimming pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday, the area affords spectacular views over the Mediterranean and it also has its own little beach, modern supermarkets and banks, with a golf course nearby. Cumbre del Sol extends along the sea front and it is divided into different residential areas with villas, detached houses, bungalows and apartments, always surrounded by green spaces, right next to Mediterranean Sea. There are several viewpoints from here, surrounded by specially protected areas, such as the natural park of Granadilla (Javea), the puig de Llorenca mountain or the Portet de Moraira beach. For those who enjoy outdoor activities you can go walking, hiking or trekking and discover how the inhabitants of Benitachell used to fish whilst hanging from the cliffs. The more adventurous visitor can explore the local caves, practice watersports and go diving. Or you can simply relax, enjoy the excellent climate and unwind on the famous Morach beach. Location

Benitachell (or Benitatxel) is a lovely little Spanish town on the Costa Blanca. It is located between Javea and Teulada on the Northern Coast. Originally an Arab outpost, Benitachell is a tranquil and pretty village with a stunning coastline. It is home to breathtaking cliffs that are more than a 100m high, plunging into the Mediterranean sea. Benitachell has best of both worlds for those seeking peace and relaxation. It has become a very popular area with foreign visitors, with many choosing to live here all year round - not surprising when the golden sandy beaches of Moraira or Javea are just a five minutes' drive away. Several residential urbanisations surround the old town, the largest of which, Cumbre del Sol, affords spectacular views over the Mediterranean.
